I’m training for an entry-level AWS cloud role. I have hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, serverless monitoring, Linux, networking, endpoint setup, and troubleshooting. I stay calm under pressure and keep working until I find the problem. I’m fluent in English and Spanish.

Pier Coordinator / IT Operations
I deploy and manage 70–100+ check-in devices per ship turn. I troubleshoot applications, device syncing, Wi-Fi, printers, mobile apps, and boarding-pass systems. These systems support operations for 4,000–6,000+ passengers.
Search Quality Rater
I reviewed large sets of search data and checked results against detailed quality guidelines. The work required careful research and consistent decisions.
I manage a TrueNAS Scale home server. It runs containerized apps, remote access, and self-hosted services.
I build PCs and server hardware. I configure the BIOS and operating system, update firmware and drivers, and test the system for stability.
